Order Tracking

Tracking information depends on the order type and shipping method. Samples, small orders, and bulk shipments may use different carriers or freight channels.

Sample and Small Orders

When a sample or small shipment is sent by express carrier, we will provide the tracking number once it is available. Tracking may take time to update after pickup.

Bulk Orders

For bulk shipments, tracking may include forwarder updates, shipping documents, vessel information, customs status, or final delivery details depending on the agreed shipping method.

What to Send When Asking for an Update

• Order number or quotation reference.
• Company name and contact person.
• Destination country or shipping address.
• Whether you are asking about production progress or shipment tracking.
